HighGround has been named a finalist for seven national awards from Campaigns & Elections – the preeminent “how-to” journal of politics, focused on the tools, tactics and techniques of the political consulting profession. The Reed Awards recognize excellence in campaign management, political consulting and political design.
Teaming up with Director Art Haynie, HighGround successfully tapped a new technology to educate and reach voters by launching a virtual reality campaign ad. The VR spot has been named a finalist for “Best Web Video” and “Best Use of Virtual or Augmented Reality.” In addition, the HighGround team worked with IWS to launch www.YesforWestmec.com which has been nominated for “Best Website for Ballot Initiative.”
