Dale Crogan, President of the Mesa Firefighters Association and Nate Gafvert President of the Mesa Police Association contributed their “My Turn” column published in today’s AZ Central. Understanding the challenges of keeping pace with growth, the Mayor and Council unanimously voted to place a one quarter cent sales tax to hire an estimated 65 new police officers and 45 new firefighters to ensure that the City’s response times remain low.
Question 2 will be on the November 2018 ballot and HighGround is pleased to be supporting Mesa Police and Fire.
